Our friends down at Daylight Studios in Portland, Oregon have partnered with Patano Studio twice in the past three years to design and construct office spaces for their growing creative studio. After the completion of their first space the company experienced such rapid growth that an entirely new space was necessary. Fortunately a great space was available just across the street. p+ developed the concept to insert a wood dividing wall that travels through the different programmatic spaces defining the entry, work space, play space, conference room and kitchen. A locker niche with a bench and a bike storage rack complete the functional necessities that are integrated with the wood wall. The project was built by White Dog Construction of Portland, OR.
